What data we collect
Through the forms on the site we collect the data you provide yourself: your name, phone number (including for WhatsApp), and the parameters of your request — deal type, property type, district or address, area, budget, number of rooms and a comment. We do not request passport data, bank card details or special categories of data through the site. When you visit the site, technical data is processed automatically: IP address, device and browser type, referral source, pages viewed and campaign tags (UTM). Some technical data is processed by the Cloudflare infrastructure that runs the site.
Legal basis and purposes
The legal basis for processing the data you enter in the forms is your consent, given when you submit a form. We process the data to receive and handle your request, prepare a selection of properties or a valuation, contact you by phone, WhatsApp or another channel you provide, advise you and support the deal. Technical and analytics data is processed to run, secure and improve the site and to measure the effectiveness of advertising channels.
Cookies and web analytics
The site uses (or will use) cookies and web analytics and advertising tools — Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. Cookies are small files stored in your browser that help us understand how visitors use the site and show relevant ads in Google and Meta services. Analytics data is used mainly in aggregated form. You can restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings — this may affect how the site works. Processing by these services is also governed by their own privacy policies.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your data may be processed by: (1) Elite Home staff who need it to handle your request; (2) technical services for storage and communication — the Bitrix24 CRM, the Telegram messenger (manager notifications) and the Cloudflare hosting infrastructure; (3) the Google and Meta web-analytics and advertising services (technical data and cookies). In addition, as part of matching and completing a deal, we may share the minimum necessary contact details with a property owner or developer — only to the extent needed to arrange a viewing or transaction, and in your interest. Some of these services are located outside Georgia; transfers are made in compliance with data-protection law.
Storage and security
Data is stored in the Bitrix24 CRM and the secure services the company uses. Only authorised staff have access. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Retention period
Data collected through the forms is kept until you withdraw your consent to its processing, or for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected. You can withdraw consent at any time — after your request, the data will be removed from active processing unless we have another lawful basis to keep it.
Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you have the right to obtain information about what data of yours is processed and on what basis; to request correction, update or completion of the data; to request that processing stop and that the data be deleted or blocked; and to withdraw consent previously given.
